wedding lighting

How important is lighting. I say, very important. I have worked with many brides and every bride that has used lighting, was more different reasons. One bride did not like the decor of her reception venue. Unfortunately it was well in her budget to use it for her wedding. This is what we suggested. We killed the lights completely! We used blue color wash lighting for the walls, to create a winter feel. We focused directly on the centerpieces which were very simple. Tall glass cylinders which we rented to her, added white dendro orchids emerged in water with floating candles. We focused more on the cake table and head table and added some white pin spots. We rented a white gloss dance floor with there names projected on the dance floor with a gobo light. The dance floor, again well lit. The room was very romantic and very elegant. You would never know that the room had mauve wall paper and green carpet.

There are so many things you can do with lighting. Lighting looks just as good outside than it does inside. It can create a romantic, elegant, fun atmosphere for guests.
